    Due to the nature of ceramic, the firing and finishing process takes approximately 4 days to reach optimal quality and durability. Only after this process is complete will your order be shipped.

    Because of this, it may take some time before you see updates in your tracking information. Don't worry, this is completely normal, and your pot is being carefully crafted during this period.

    What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

    How do I clean and care for my pot?

    To keep your pot looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can cause the colors to fade over time. If you notice any dust buildup in the sculpted details, a soft dry brush works perfectly to keep every character looking sharp.
